Who We Are

Core Epoch ("we", "us") builds edge AI software. This policy covers data collected through coreepoch.dev and cryphex.dev.

What We Collect

The inquiry and contact forms collect what you submit in them:

  • Name
  • Work email address
  • Company name
  • Product interest (Cryphex or Urim Lens)
  • Intended use case description

When you submit a form, we also record your IP address (as provided by Cloudflare) for spam prevention and operational diagnostics. We do not use that record to track or profile you, and we do not share it with third parties.

Analytics

Our sites use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It runs without cookies and without any persistent or device-level identifier, so it cannot recognize you between visits or follow you to other sites. A page view records the address of the page, the referring page, and your browser's user-agent string. Cloudflare derives an approximate country from your IP address, and states that it does not store the address itself.

We use the resulting aggregate counts to see which pages people read. We do not use advertising trackers, tracking pixels, or any profiling or marketing tools, and we set no cookies of our own. Cloudflare's security layer may set a strictly necessary cookie when it needs to confirm that a request is not automated, and that cookie serves no advertising or profiling purpose.

Why We Collect It

Solely to respond to product inquiries, evaluate commercial pilot applications, and send licensing details. We will not send newsletters, promotional campaigns, or share your information with third parties.

Where It's Stored

Inquiry submissions are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV, a globally distributed key-value store operated by Cloudflare, Inc. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. A notification of each submission is delivered to our private operations channel through a third-party messaging service acting as a processor, for operational purposes only. Beyond the processors described in this policy, no data is shared with external parties or stored on personal devices.

How Long We Keep It

Until the commercial inquiry is resolved or you request deletion — whichever comes first. We do not retain data beyond its stated purpose.

Your Rights

Regardless of where you are located, you can:

  • Request access to the data we hold about you
  • Request deletion of your data at any time
  • Withdraw consent by requesting removal of your inquiry

Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party. Our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) processes data under their own privacy policy as a data processor.

Changes

If we update this policy, the revision date at the top of this page will change. Material changes will be noted on the homepage.
