2. Licensing and Payments

We sell commercial licenses for Kenosis (the "Software"). All transactions are processed securely through our third-party payment provider, Stripe.

  • Billing: You agree to provide accurate business, billing, and contact details during purchase.
  • Subscription & Renewals: Commercial licenses are billed annually. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent auto-renewal for the following year.
  • Taxes: B2B purchases are tax-exclusive. If applicable, you agree to provide your corporate tax ID (VAT/GST/EIN) for compliance purposes.

3. Intellectual Property

All source code, designs, and content on the coreepoch.dev website are the intellectual property of Core Epoch LLC. The Software itself is governed by the Business Source License 1.1 (BUSL-1.1) and individual Commercial License Agreements.

4. Warranty Disclaimer
